Our Home and Co

Chance was instrumental in making the home buying process as easy as possible for me. Searching for my house was time consuming and had its ups and downs, but Chance stuck with me through the whole thing, knowledgeably answered every question I had in a timely manner, and was positive and professional. I would recommend him to anyone currently looking to navigate the current housing market to buy or sell their home. If or when I am back in the market, I will definitely be giving Chance a call to enlist his services once again.

Chance was awesome. We had many a struggle when I was looking to buy a house in 2025 but he never gave up. He was so kind and was in constant communication with me. I was beyond happy to have him with me throughout the whole buying process. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and I couldnt be happier with my home. I'm so glad I worked with Chance.

Working with Chance was great. He was extremely responsive, no matter the day or time! He helped us find our first house. We told him what we were looking for and he only recommended homes within our specifications. He did a wonderful job negotiating with the selling agent and making a deal we were confident in.

Chance was fantastic to work with! Always quick to respond to any requests or questions, and great about working around my schedule to show houses. This was my first homebuying experience and he did an excellent job walking me through every step of the process.
