Kristi was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was not only friendly, knowledgeable, and determined to help us find our forever home, but also truly caring. My husband and I had worked with other real estate agents before and often felt like just another client on their list. Going into this process, we worried we might never find an agent who would really listen, ease our concerns, and advocate for us. Kristi did all thataEUR"and so much more. She took the time to talk us through every concern, answered all of our questions quickly, and made sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible. Thanks to her dedication, we found our perfect home. We couldnt recommend Kristi enoughaEUR"shes caring, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We love our new forever home!

We were delighted when Kimberly agreed to sell our home, she was the only realtor we had considered. This was absolutely proven to us throughout this protected sale whereby She never lost sight of the goal, even though the buyers tested us throughout the sale constantly changing and seeking extensions. I can say without any doubt that Kimberly went above and beyond in her quest to sell our home, I would like to assure any prospective home seller that they will have to go a very long way in finding a genuine, trustworthy and most respected Realtor than Kimberly Beaudry.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything negative to say if I tried. This agent was always available and always made us feel like the most important clients she had. The level of commitment and professionalism was well beyond what you would expect. She is the very best. You MUST call her before you list!!!!

We would highly recommend Kimberley to anyone needing a realtor. She did a great job marketing our property and kept in communication with us throughout the selling process. She was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. We appreciated her professionalism and expertise.

Working with Kristi was perfect for our first Florida vacation home. From day one, she took the time to truly understand our needs. We had a detailed checklist (and then some), and somehow she managed to find properties that checked just about every box. Her knowledge of the local area, neighborhoods, and nuances of vacation home ownership was incredibly impressive, and it gave us total confidence throughout the process. She's the ultimate professional... whether it was hopping on a call, coordinating showings, or guiding us through negotiations, she made everything seamless and stress-free. We couldnt be happier with our new home. It's absolutely perfect. If youre looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond, she is the one. And if we decide to buy again in FL, Kristi will be our first call. 5 stars all the way.
