Mrs. Shequoia was very professional and caring during this process of helping us find our home she was knowledgeable of the process needed to be taken, she represented us to the best of her ability and we appreciate and love our home. We thank her for all her assistance in helping us to find our beautiful home.

Shequoia was crucial in helping me navigate the world of investors and ibuyers. Very please with the due diligence and quick turnaround. There was a clear advantage to having a knowledgeable agent on my side versus trying to pick up everything on my own despite an aggressive timeline.

Shequoia Barrett was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and professional. Shequoia reviewed all of our various documents and reports and was able to answer all of our questions. She took us by the hand throughout our home purchase and we were able to close in less than 30 days.

Shequoia Barrett was very professional and friendly and provided excellent service. Her expertise and promptness was delightful. She helped us secure a great lender and helped us find Our Forever Home. I highly encourage you to reach out to her if you are looking for a home.

I highly recommend Shequoia for all needs pertaining to Real Estate. Shequoia brought ease to the whole selling process of my home. She walked us step by step with her experience and a team of professionals that help her to get the job done! This brought my family maximum profits from the sale. We are truly blessed to have worked with her and look forward to her assisting us with purchasing our next property. Thanks Shequoia!
