Please take note of this real estate agent. If you are friends or family with Dan and know him, he is a amazing real estate agent and photographer! Just with the marketing alone, I am positive he can earn you more $ than the average agent. I had offers from other investors and interest from friends and family before I even contacted Dan. If I had accepted any of those offers, it would have been easy, but I wouldn't have made any money. Instead, I would have lost a lot of money... After I met with Dan, it made sense to do all of the minimal repairs to the house I wanted to and then decide on a price. I had come back to my home from renting it out to renters that pretty much destroyed my house. I did take a couple of months to do all of the things I needed to, but after it was all done I knew I was saving tens of thousands of dollars by cleaning up my property before putting it on the market. I spent around $600 in fixing up xyz things that needed to be done. If I had just sold my house to investors I would have lost anywhere in between $30-50,000 in profit from the proceeds!
