James came recommended to my wife and I by my sister and her husband. My wife and I are first time buyers and James' patience and willingness to entertain our novice queries made the entire experience all the better. We were quite pleased with his enthusiasm, level of expertise and his accessibility. Often times my work kept me from being able to contact James during normal business hours. He was alway quick to respond to a question wether it was 8pm or 9pm, Saturday or Sunday. Early in the process he went away on vacation for one week, but still responded to questions from our lawyer. His knowledge of the market prices came in handy when we made our offer, and his advice on renegotiating when the home appraisal came in lower than our initial offer was incredibly insightful and reassured us that he was on our team. I would highly recommend James to any buyer be it their first time or 3rd time purchasing a home.

In today's world it is rare to find someone who I believe is such an excellent individual who conducts himself in a professional manner, while still making me feel like he was a friend.
