Optimar realty

My wife and I worked with Josmar on getting our first home. She was very attentive and resourceful from the start. She made us feel like family and as if we had someone who was working for our best interest. If youre looking for a solid realtor, feel confident with Josmar as your choice.

Victor has knowledge and familiarity showing properties in Coconut Creek, he impressed me finding houses I fall in love with, it was so easy to work with him since he always has time to answer my calls and to schedule appointments.

Cant say enough good thing about Josmar. I asked for an agent on Zillow one afternoon. Josmar contacted me within minutes. Josmar then lined up several in person showing's of properties for the very next day. Josmar was very patient with me as I looked at a lot of properties before narrowing it down to a couple. Josmar negotiated me a good deal on the property I finally chose. If you want a great agent who will go the extra mile for you then you will never go wrong with Josmar Martinez. Cant thank Josmar enough for finding our beautiful condo!!

When it comes to realtors, shes the best. Always willing to help you find the best properties and deals on the market. Shes very punctual and actually cares about what you are looking for.
