when our landlord decided to put our house on the market, my husband and I felt we were not ready to buy. I met Maria one day as she was showing our place to a prospective buyer. Maria and I hit it off from the start, first thing she asked me was why dont I buy the house. I told her the same thing I have been saying for years, "we are not ready..." But c'mon, when are you ever going to be ready. I started to look at the renting market preparing to have to move, and omg the prices to rent had gone way up there.
