Melissa was very respectful and understanding of the short time frame which I had for finding a home in Texas while I currently resided in Connecticut. She made herself very accessible to me whether it was e-mailing, texting, or phone calls to answer any and all questions I had. When it came time to start showing me the houses, I could only visit Texas for one weekend. Melissa was very flexible and helped me pick the perfect house that weekend with the help of her time, knowledge, and guidance. As a first time home buyer and first time resident in Texas, Melissa was very knowledgeable to the Houston area and able to provide me with helpful tips on the home buying process, traveling, and recommendations on other home services.
