Onward Real Estate, Nick Irwin

Nick was awesome to work with. Never pushy, incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in, and truly listened to what we wanted. He knows East Nashville inside and out and helped us find our perfect home. Super responsive, honest, and easy to trust. Highly recommend!

Nick is fantastic at what he does and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. Selling a home can be stressful, but Nick went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. You could not ask for a more communicative, organized, or proactive realtor to have in your corner. He gave us helpful, practical suggestions for preparing and staging our house, and set us up for success with beautiful photos and excellent marketing materials. We moved out of state after selling our house, but if we could, we'd drag Nick with us to help with the buying side of things!

Nick helped me purchase my first home in 2016. He helped me through the entire process and was very kind and patient as I was learning so much all at once. He was the first person I called when my husband and I started looking for a new home in 2025. He did not disappoint again. He led us through the home buying process step by step and always answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. I could not be more grateful for him. I hope to be working together for many years to come.

Nick was such a joy to work with! He really listened to what we wanted, guided us through every step, and made the whole process of selling and buying feel so much easier. He was professional, super organized, and an excellent negotiatoraEUR"we always felt like we were in good hands. Were so grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

This is the second time we've worked with Nick and we truly could not ask for a better experience. Nick is a pleasure to work with and is an outstanding realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable, a joy to work with, and is very responsive to all of our needs throughout what can be a stressful process. Furthermore, we were able to sell our house quickly and for an excellent price despite the current unpredictable market. His attention to detail is impeccable as well and is always looking for ways to make the home buying process less stressful. He is one of the best in the business and we would absolutely work with him again!
