One Sothebys International Realty, 401 E Las Olas Blvd #100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301

I am a first time home buyer and Josh made the experience a breeze. I toured over 40 homes with Josh in a 6 week period and closed on a new home a month later. He was always available to answer my phone calls, extremely knowledgeable of the market and process and was a pleasure to work with. I had an amazing experience working with Josh and would highly recommend this realtor to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Josh made our relocation from North Carolina to Florida incredibly smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right homeaEUR"I couldnt recommend him more highly.

Had an amazing experience working with Josh. He was incredibly responsive and super on top of the entire rental process. We moved very quickly with this property, within a few hours of seeing it we had paperwork to sign. The entire process from viewing to signing to move in, was truly seamless. I recommend him to everyone.

My experience with Josh was nothing short of fantastic. Extremely personable and meticulous. He made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect place. Always extremely patient, responsive, knowledgeable and forthcoming. I know we wouldnt have found a place that checked every single box if it wasnt for Josh. I cant imagine using anyone else moving forward.
