ONE Sotheby's International Realty

I needed to find a place in the east coast while being on the west coast. I spoke to numerous agent but felt most comfortable with Jason to represent me. Jason was extremely helpful. He helped to locate many options that met our needs prior to us making a decision. He was knowledgeable and worked diligently to get the job done.

I strongly recommend Jason Blue. He helped me find my new home. Jason was very responsive, patient and professional. He listened to what amenities were important to me and found me the perfect place. He answered all of my questions and provided great reassurance as I went through this process. He followed up after my lease was approved and checked in after I moved. Jason is very knowledgeable and has a kind demeanor.

Professional and friendly throughout. Listed apartment within a week. Rented out within 3 days. The board approval process took a full month, but Jason was responsive throughout. I interviewed a handful of brokers and Jason impressed me with his responsiveness and willingness to hunker down to do the work.

Jason is super professional, hard working and knowledgeable. When I gave him my requirements for a home he knew exactly what to show me and really helped me find what I was looking for. I will continue to use him and wouldn?t trust anyone else!

Jason helped us have a smooth process when buying our apartment. Great service, very knowledgeable, and responsive. We submitted our offer and within a couple of hours had a response from the seller. We couldnt have been happier.
