Allison is AMAZING!!! We were a little worried about buying a house and being "sold" on something. Allison did the opposite. She knew our wants and needs and actually laid it out there that it would cost a LOT to get a "meh" house to be what we want. She made herself available to tour houses, answer questions and provide any help that was needed throughout the entire process. When it came time for closing, she explained a few things and also set it up to shoot us reminders for certain things throughout the next year. Things that will be beneficial to us with regards to taxes and such. I heard about Allison from a buddy who was buying a house. I actually met her a couple times during his house hunting and knew, right away, that she would be a great fit for us. She understands the veteran/military/family life dynamic since that's her background as well, which made it so much easier to talk to her and really click.
