Entrusting a person to sell your lifes biggest asset is not an easy decision but now that it has occurred, we know that we made the right decision with Brian and team Jo-Ann Forster. Everything went smoothly and when things got stressful and decisions had to be made, Brian worked with us patiently. The description of my property was perfect and the photos with the virtual staging were phenomenal and made my property appealing to many buyers. Unexpectedly, my family found itself in an unfortunate position of having to move very quickly out of a place we considered home for the last few years. Frantic, I called Lauren and explained the situation and our deadline. Ideally, we would have prefered to stay in the same building, but that was not possible. Since we needed more square footage and decided to expanded our search to other neighbourhoods, we knew we needed the help of a realtor. Having a small child, an elderly mother, and a pet made it increasingly evident that our options were slim and that our original parameters needed to be expanded. As we kept editing and expanding our search, Lauren was very patient and understanding. She sent us daily listings and was very accommodating with our crazy schedules to ensure that we saw as many properties as possible. She explained the market, the trends, the differences in certain neighbourhoods and provided her recommendations on what would work best for our family. After what seemed like the longest time (but in reality was only two weeks!!), we were able to narrow down our choices and move forward with an offer. Lauren's experience and knowledge were evident during our negotiation process and needless to say, we were very happy with the end result. We could not imagine going through this ordeal alone or with anyone else by our side. Lauren is really a true professional and was an excellent guide during such a stressful time. Having the right realtor by your side is key to a smooth, seamless, and quick transition and needless to say Lauren is it.
