The house was a foreclosure and listed inside a gated community which had very strict bi-laws and covenants. During the buying process the HOA had required a few things to be "changed" to the home once we purchased it, such as approved paint color and plantings of shrubbery around the home. Brian and his team fought for us to get the existing paint color and plantings approval without it costing us additional monies out of our pocket. Plus he helped us to get an additional credit for closing towards the pool. We were very happy with our experience with Brian and his team and would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase. Great experience!
