One of a Kind. Sebastian truly is one of a kind professional, realtor and person. There are so many attributes that make him successful, and it all starts with his attitude. Always positive and kind, yet persistent, and he firmly believes there is always a path forward and it is a matter of working the parts to make the goal come to life. What seemed like an unattainable goal in the beginning, particularly with the pandemic, became a reality in a large extent thanks to his commitment and effort. Sebastian is always available and is second to none when it comes to his attention to details, his network of contacts for everything, from financing, to construction, to maintenance to business opportunities. He gets very involved and negotiates as if it were him purchasing or selling his personal home, overseeing any work on the home, making sure every detail is accounted for.
