ONE Sotheby's International Realty

I had the absolute best experience working with Jonathan on both the sale of my condo in Miami and the purchase of my new home. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive and easy to reachaEUR"always getting things done immediately and keeping everything moving forward. His professionalism, fantastic communication skills, and strong connections made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and easy. Within just a month, Jonathan guided me through two property transactions without a single hitch. His team was also wonderfulaEUR"organized, supportive, and great to work with throughout. I highly recommend Jonathan to anyone buying or selling. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Jonathan is very professional in what he does, everything we asked for we received that from him right away. He was very helpful every step of the way ??

Jonathan is a dedicated and thoughtful realtor. In a half day's notice he managed to line up tours for the places I liked, submitted applications for the places I loved and secured my new unit in a jiffy. He managed the communications between me and the listing agent smoothly and got things done to perfection. His work speaks volumes when an out of state person like me could secure a gorgeous unit within 2 days of contacting him in a crazy hot market. 100% recommend him.

Jonathan was recommended to me by my friend and he could not have been more helpful. He was very attentive and responsive about finding the right home. When we finally found the right one his negotiating skills were on point and helped reduce the price of my home. Once we entered into contract, he helped deal with problems that arose and was attentive to my needs. The team he recommends is also top notch. That includes the lawyers, insurance people, and inspectors.

Jonathan was amazing to work with. He moved fast, was assertive and closed the deal below asking price. He wasnt afraid to negotiate and advocate for my side. I highly recommend working with Jonathan!
