One Premier Properties Limited

Doug is the best there is! He?s pleasant to work with, great at negotiating, and all around good company. He has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, and I was able to trust his word at every step of the way. If we ever have to buy a house again, I?ll certainly be doing so with Doug!

Doug Petersen did a great job managing our home purchase in Trinidad. He made recommendations concerning our initial offer, handled all the paperwork and helped push the final contract through closing. His knowledge of the Trinidad market and transaction process gave us the confidence to handle virtually all of the details long-distance. Equally important was his commitment to working with our tight timeline, which was essential to closing the deal. Finally, he talks the right amount - listening first and responding with an economy of words completely devoid of self promotion. Its increasingly rare to meet a professional who proves care and expertise through action. Doug is one of them!

My fiance and I worked with Doug for the purchase of our first home. Being first-time buyers, there was a lot that we didn?t know. Doug helped us out every step of the way. We really appreciate that we didn?t feel like he was trying to sell us on anything; he is a straight-shooter and tells it like it is. He was very patient and responsive with us, and stood up for us when we needed him to and got results. We ended up in the perfect home and we are so grateful for Doug and his expertise.

Doug was very attentive to us and to the process as we searched and made our purchase. He pays attention to detail and is ready to answer any questions or trouble shoot for us. He was always readily available and easy to get ahold of. We deeply appreciated working with someone with a high standard of professionalism in the real estate world.

We have partnered with Davenee on both personal and business sales and purchases of property. She has always been very responsive and has the aEURoelets get this doneaEUR? attitude. We have always been pretty demanding on what we want and expect and Davenee has always come through for us. Would highly recommend her for either selling or buying.
