Do not recommend. Cant sell properties but wont release without $2500 termination fee, slandered me to another agents buyer which killed over $500k deal then attempted to write a new contract with the other agents buyer. Asked to be let out of my listing contract after this happened on my personal residence because I cant do business with someone like this!
