Maria and Richard were both fantastic to work with! Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Went above and beyond in assisting seller. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in Lake County FL.

we were first time home buyers and maria helped us through the process as such. she explained everything in detail and did a great job in negotiating and getting us an incredible first home!

Richard is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. This is the second time I have engaged his services. He knows his business and is not just out to do a quick sale.Richard takes the time to know his client and understand their expectations and works toward accomplishing their goal while at the same time being honest and fair. You can count on him to provide the facts and will not misrepresent you in any way.

Richard was extremely understanding of my situation and my need to expedite a sale of this property as soon as possible. Richard and his co- partner Maria worked diligently to promote and sell this wonderful home we've lived in for many years, and so enjoyed. Richard routinely called with updates and many times in the evening hours. Richards unwavering dedication and work ethics are to be commented So, Thank you again to both of you... God Bless!FR
