Diana is amazing. She went above and beyond to get me the loan I needed. She answered all my questions, went out of her way to get me any information or task I needed, and even after my loan was finish, she still till this day helps me out with any question I have. A true gem if you ever need someone to help and guide you through this difficult and stressful process.

I set an appointment for two days later. I drove an hour out to the property and it was a no-call no-show. I attempted to call the number I spoke to an agent on last and no one picked up. I called through the app, and no one picked up. After leaving, I recieved a text that was saying they were with a client, and asked what property I was inquiring for. Above that was a text that was sent early in the morning, but never hit my phone. It asked if we were still on for today. I worked night shift, so I was sleeping with the idea in mind that i needed to do this that afternoon. The person who responded behaved as if it wasn't the same person, so maybe the company shares a number, with a profile pic and signature, but I'm not sure of course. They apologized and said they would attempt to contact my agent to see what happened, and that they'd have an answer shortly, and that was 5 days ago. That's what ultimately pushed me to write this. So honestly, there's either one person lying, or two people who let me fall through the cracks. Either way, be aware.
