Old Drum Real Estate

She was cordial and polite. If she didnt have an answer she found it for us. Willing to work with us from out of town. Quick to respond. Gave us a quick and pleasant early look into our new location.

We are grateful for all the help, knowledge, and expertise that Jeneen took the time to give us over the course of many phone calls. This was a stressful period for us being out of state and our first time selling a home, and we are glad it was such a wonderful outcome for everyone.

As a military family we were unfamiliar with the area and Jeneen did an amazing job assisting us with buying when we moved to the area, and selling when it was time to leave. We also recommended her to other military families. Jeneen goes above and beyond- I swear she doesnt sleep!!

Janeen is the best! Buying was a quick process and selling was even a better experience. The thoughts of selling made me want to not go through with it but with Janeen it was as quick as buying! She is very knowledgeable and always looks out for her clients both buying and selling. Will definitely recommend her.

My partner and I are first time home buyers and we're incredibly nervous about starting the process. Jeneen went above and beyond to not only explain the home buying process, but also guide us through using veteran benefits. She was thorough with her explanation and was honest as she could be so that we made the right choices for our circumstances. Even when viewing houses, she would point out things to us for us to be aware of and inform us how the outlook of the house generally could be. Other than her excellent service, though, she is also a very kind and funny person, made the whole process more relaxing. I am thankful we went with Jeneen and I highly recommend her to anybody else that is on the lookout for an agent!
