My situation was the most extreme you could ask for. It was going to be a hard job to get us in a house with nothing down and with a tight time limit. But Yun worked tirelessly right alongside us every step of the way. If it was midnight or a weekend, whether by email or text, Yun would answer within minutes or even call on the phone. She was a wonderful asset to have and we were very happy with the experience.

My husband and I spent a couple of years trying to find our forever home. We worked with many realtors during this process due to looking for houses in many states. Unfortunately, when we finally found the house that we decided to go with, we got stuck with literally the worst realtor that we have ever encountered in our history of buying houses. Peggy White will talk a good game, when you can get in touch with her, but she does not live up to her words. I really wanted to believe in her. She seemed to be so nice, but it was all a sham. Perhaps the house that we wanted to buy wasn't going to provide a big enough paycheck for her.She almost always had an excuse for us when she did not follow through on something that she said that she would do. Some examples include a broken laptop, blaming her secretary, COVID, and just being too busy.Her dealings with us appeared shady at times as well. For example, she spoke with the appraiser behind the scenes, admittedly. The appraised value of the house conveniently came out to the exact asking price of the house. Peggy would also consistently lie to us and leave us hanging. For example, we told her that we needed a water sample to be tested from the well. Two weeks later, with nothing accomplished, we asked her again about this because we had deadlines to meet for our lender. She told us that she just couldn't get in touch with anyone. My husband called the health department that day and got in touch with someone immediately. That person said that he could send someone out there that day as well. We didn't own the property and we had to work with Peggy, so of course that didn't happen. We had to continue to wait on her. Peggy's consistent lack of professionalism and commitment to us resulted in a delayed closing. We had to re-schedule our uHaul, pay some additional fees, redo paperwork, and move in on a tight schedule. I write all of this to hopefully help someone else in the selling or buying experience. If you're looking for a good realtor, please do not choose Peggy White.

Janet goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best buying or selling experience. We used Janet in 2015 to purchase what we believed would be a forever home, but ended up having to list in the summer of 2020 to move to find new jobs. She helped make a very emotional decision so much easier and did so much to reassure us every step of the way. Even when there were unforeseeable hold ups with an unreleased deed of trust on our property that was beyond any of our control, she was messaging, checking in with us multiple times a day, and always so thoughtful and concerned about how we were holding up throughout the whole process. 2020 was a difficult year, but without Janet, it could have been so much worse. She was a bright beacon of hope and we were so grateful to work with her again. She will help you in anyway she possibly can.

Yun worked very hard and diligently to quickly find me a suitable home, and I enjoyed working with her. Yun also provided insightful information which lessened the confusion and helped to smoothly navigate the process for a first time buyer.
