We are from CT and first met Anita when we were driving by an Open house in North Port Fla. We were looking for a second home. We went in and she was just so pleasant to talk with. She showed us around the home and answered all the questions we had. Although the home was not for us, she gave us a goodie bag on our way out,(nice touch!) and said if we find something and need help, dont hesitate to reach out to her. Well when we came back to CT, there was no question on who we would use to move forward in purchasing a home! We sent her many homes and she visited them for us, taking pictures etc. By the way, she never procrastinated! She was on whatever we sent her immediately and without delay!
