October Realty Group

Steve Simmons is the best realtor in Conejo Valley. He was always professional and responsive. When a problem arose, Steve stayed by my side and diligently worked with me and the lender until the issue was resolved and I was moved in. I would recommend him whole-heartedly.

Steve was amazing. Ive dealt with realtors before, and Ive never received the level of service and performance that I got from Steve Simmons. From listing to closing, everything was just easy. Thank you Steve!!

Highly recommend Steve. He is professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy about anything. Once we made an offer on our home, he was always letting us know what was coming next. No surprises meant little to no stress and it was a completely smooth transaction with Steve navigating the entire time. We also appreciated that he gave us what seemed like equal time and attention even though we knew we were one of his lower-budget clients. Definitely recommend him to everyone and we will be using him again when it comes time to sell our home. Thanks Steve!

We listed two rental homes with Steve and within one month (!) we had offers on both. Steve was a master at negotiating, he is extremely knowledgable about the market and the overall home-selling process. We felt very comfortable following Steves advice. We highly recommend him!
