Jason was a very good communicator for us and between the listing agent. He's an agent that is working for you and you will not be disappointed with his skill, knowledge and effort. I typically don't need a real estate agent as I can handle the negotiation and papers myself. Jason made it worthwhile. Made the transaction easy for us - highly recommend.

We met him through online house search. Had a great conversation and decided to move forward with him to find our house. Things were good at first very attentive spent a few hours over 3 different days and found the place. Didnt feel like he negotiated much or the house contract. Didnt really stay in touch after the purchase contract was signed other than trying to look at our lending contract to see if he can do better. It felt like he was bashing our lender to try to get another commission on his side. Day of escrow closing didnt get a call or text to congratulate. We were ghosted not knowing anything, he Didnt tell us how to get the house keys or move in information I had to contact the sellers agent . After move in I got a scripted email 3 months later asking for referrals. If I went back I would have chose a different agent who cared about this big exciting event in our lives.
