O'Brien Realty

Jan is an experienced professional who besides her extensive knowledge of Southern Maryland is excellent at negotiating and helping you get the most for your money whether buying or selling. She is outstanding at marketing and pricing. She makes the entire process of selling or buying easier and goes above and beyond during the process. I can not say enough nice things about her and I have sold a house, bought a house and then 15 years later sold that house with her. She is easily accessible, communicates well and is excellent at figuring out how to get you what you want.

Jan was great and very patient with us during the process. She was always available for questions and to help with every step of the home buying journey. Her local knowledge and working relationships we other professionals in the area were very helpful in getting us to closing on our property.

Jan did an outstanding job helping finding our log cabin 8 years ago, she then helped us find our 2hd home ,and we had her sell our first log cabin in only 2 weeks.we are very pleased and enjoyed working with Jan and recomend her for buying or selling a house

Jan did an outstanding job helping us find the right home. I would recommend using her if your looking for someone to take into account your needs. The buying and selling went has some bumps and she helped us quickly resolve any issues we had to get the closing successfully.

Jan was my realtor for selling my house. She was very responsive and answered all our questions. She did a walk through with us to discuss the upgrades plan. She was on target with market conditions and helped to price the house appropriately. Sold In one weekend. Assisted with settlement and was informative of the process. Would highly recommend.
