This sale was complicated by having 3 absentee owners spread from the NC coast to Idaho. We inherited the property from our father and I did 95% of the communication with Takeisha since I was the oldest sibling and lived closest (an hour from the property). From day one, Takeisha exhibited professionalism, extensive knowledge of real estate law and practice, attention to detail, patience with my questions, and a willingness to go above and beyond what she was contractually obligated to do to get our house sold. Throughout the whole process, Takeisha performed with seemingly tireless effort and always with a smile on her face. Selling the house we grew up in was an emotional transition for my brother and sister but Takeisha took almost all the stress of the sale out of the transaction. Takeisha George was a Godsend to our family and I highly recommend her as a Realtor!
