NXCEL Realty

Very flexible and easily arranged showings around our schedule. Very quick and responsive to text and calls. Great at finding us a home and saving us a bundle.

Josh and Christie sold our house in 5 days and helped us with the purchase of our new home. Answered all our questions quickly and was readily available

I would highly recommend using The Josh Rumble Team and particularly Christie Stevens! Christie was VERY RESPONSIVE and worked diligently to get our property sold. 5 STARS!!! D Cavin

Just closed on our first home and let me tell you, if you are looking for the BEST realtor in the area Josh is your man. From going to extra mile with superior customer service, answering any questions I asked no matter what they were and how many times I asked, to just being there to hear my concerns and guiding me thru the process. I would recommend him and his team to anyone!!!

Love Josh and Christie! They have been so patient with us during our 2 year house hunting journey. They are awesome and I now consider them friends. Thank you Josh and Christie...I know its been a long 2 years. You are both awesome!
