Stacie was a great realtor! My house-hunt was a bit unconventional: I was planning on waiting till fall to really start looking, but then the perfect place for me happened to come on the market, so I scrambled to make it happen before the opportunity passed. I called Stacie on a friend's recommendation to ask if she could represent me on this fairly urgent opportunity. She was able to make time for me the same day to talk about it, and then the next day to view the property together and put an offer in. This was my first time buying a house in the USA, and she was very helpful and thorough explaining all the steps in the process. My offer was accepted, and succeeding on your first try is pretty unheard-of in this market. Definitely recommend!

As first time buyers we knew nothing of the housing market, how anything worked and were basically complete noobs. Stacie guided us through everything from start to finish providing as much detail as we wanted without ever overloading us. We had set ideas of the home we wanted and were particularly fussy in our requirements. Stacie tirelessly worked on our behalf to find the perfect home and we eventually got there :) It never felt like Stacie was pressuring us to buy even after viewing 15+ houses. In fact it was quite the contrary, it felt like she wanted us to be 100% happy and know its the perfect home before we even contemplated putting an offer in. She was a big part of our lives for a couple of months, seeing her multiple times a week and began to feel more like a friend. Could not recommend more 15/10!!!!!!

Stacie is the absolute best real estate agent I have ever worked with. From the very beginning to the closing. She is extremely knowledgeable in everything pertaining to real estate. She walked me through every step and gave me all the options available to me. This is the 1st time I was even allowed to pick the title company I worked with after she gave me several suggestions. She helped me stage the property which saved a lot of money. She advised on what repairs/upgrades would be of most benefit. She took care of some tasks that should have been mine to do but she offered to help. She even came prepared with a little pink electric screw driver to help us switch the cabinet knobs. Marketing the property was successful that I had 4 viewings in the first weekend and received 3 offers. I absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a Real Estate Agent. And to think... I found her on YouTube!

A friend had recommended Stacie to us. We were under a very tight deadline to find a new house, and she was able to meet us quickly. We really liked her method, doing a "learning day" in a few different areas in our desired part of town. We looked at 6 houses that day, and it really helped her to understand what we liked, and also what the neighborhoods were like. We found a house online the next day and she was able to setup a showing that night. We loved it, and she got on the phone with us that night to put together an offer. Stacie did an amazing job and was extremely thorough with all her work. I would recommend her to anyone.

Stacie was amazing for us! We started the homebuying process on our own by going to see open houses, just to get a feel for the market. We quickly saw a place we wanted to buy and knew we had to jump on it. Stacie had helped our friends find a place and they recommended her, so I gave her a call that day. She listened to what I had to say and started drawing up a contract even though she was driving back from vacation with her family (she assured us she wasn't driving). She made recommendations to help our offer stand out amid other offers, and it wasn't just "let's offer them more money". She knew what she was doing and how to make it work. And it worked! She was then incredibly thorough and helpful in guiding us through the homebuying process, which is complicated and stressful. When some unexpected hurdles came up from the seller toward the end, she just took care of things (with our assent). I've been involved in the process before in a different state, and while that agent was good and gave me no complaints, he was no Stacie. We simply cannot recommend her enough.
