Nottingham Realty LLC

Regina helped me with my rental properties by providing advise on rental rates, upkeep costs, choosing renters, rent collection, advise on economical furnishings. Regina was also our realtor for our home. She was with us for all aspects of the building of it, choosing our plot, choosing plans, the selling of our previous home, etc. She was so helpful and made the experience an easy move. I would highly recommend her.

Called a month ago and she never called back. Maybe she has enough money already?

I want to express my delight in the experience I had working with Regina Nottingham on my recent property purchase. She was quick to respond and took my needs into consideration. She helped me find the perfect house!! Thank you again for the professionalism and quick response.

Regina was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and was able to help me find the perfect home for my budget. She was very professional and personable. She also responded immediately to my phone calls and e-mails when I had questions. She was a great negotiator as well and was able to answer all my questions about home buying as I was a first time buyer. I would highly recommend using Regina Nottingham and Nottingham Realty - and I have referred her to several friends and family members.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable. Always answered all the questions I had very quickly and thoroughly. Very sweet and helpful. Wil definitely work with her again in the future. Highly recommend!
