Steve helped us find a home when we were moving to Minneapolis from out of town. We were only available for two weekends of showings, and Steve was willing to show us more than 50 homes in that time--he even got us in last-minute on a Saturday night when we wanted a second look. He counseled against some properties but happily showed us any listing we wanted to see--and he was always right about the promising, and the ones to pass on. Steve was so focused on getting us the house of our dreams that he even shared properties we missed that were well below our price range. Between visits, he previewed homes we weren't sure about so we could focus on the best possibilities in our short time, and stood in for us when the time came for the inspection and final walk through. Steve's style with buyers is totally low-pressure, and his patience stretched, well, beyond 50 showings. The Norton Group offered full-service representation, and we would partner with Steve again--except that we have no intention of selling our home, ever.
