Northwest WI Realty Team

I had a wonderful experience with Audrey. I clicked the CONTACT AGENT button on Zillow to take a look at a listing. It was last minute, we happened to be in the area for the weekend and found a property to look at. She was able to accommodate us the next day. Things didn't work out with that property and over the course of about 3 years, she showed us a few properties and we kept in touch while communicating about different listings. We just closed on a great place and couldn't be happier about our experience with her. Audrey is very easy to communicate with and tried to understand what we were looking for during the showings to get ideas of what other properties may be suitable. I highly recommend Audrey and her team if you are looking for an agent. You will not be disappointed.

Audrey helped me purchase the bare land 6rs ago, and after developing the finished product she was the only person selling it for me. Audrey is a true Professional!!! The property was on the market 4 days!!! Thank you again to your entire team for all the great work!! Leonard Yeadon

We were nearly 2000 miles away and had to make the difficult decision to sell our Wisconsin cabin. A trusted friend there recommended Audrey. I know it can't always be this way, but within 15 minutes of our initial call she was on site and we were getting to know and appreciate her from our home in the state of Washington. That was only the beginning... her personal knowledge of all things Hayward and the perfect suggestions and connections made allowed us to quickly and reasonably make the many repairs and accommodations to the buyers that were necessary to bring the sale to closing. With every seeming setback, Audrey was there with a consistent string of calm, reasoned and timely solutions to help move us closer to completion. She was our kind, persistent and savvy "virtual presence" in Hayward, always on the job. There was never a lag and never a disappointment as Audrey navigated the process. That process included a list of things we considered to be well beyond what would be expected. From our end, we knew it to be difficult, but somehow she managed to make it all seamlessly fit together. Our only regret is that we were never able to meet Audrey in person, and that alone is a testament to just how well she does her job.

Audrey was, quite simply, The Best. Calls were answered right away; realtor tasks were handled quickly; messages about progress/offers/"how to fill in a form"...whatever, were promptly handled. She really knows her stuff and explains things clearly. Best of all, Audrey is a very pleasant professional.

She worked with me on many opportunities to buy a lake home in Hayward. I've been looking for a long time and after many offers was finally able to purchase the right place. Not sure how many homes we looked at, but it was many. She was very patient with me and new exactly what I was looking for.
