This was a particularly tough sell, because we live in New Hampshire and had to rely on Robin to handle all the issues, including keeping the property in shape, dealing with a tenant, handling some problems with the water quality, and negotiating a fair and final deal. Robin did it all, and did it superbly. She is the best realtor we ever had, and we had many over the years.
