Donnamarie, 5yrs after her assist to buy this home, we again called on her in selling my home in Frederick,Md this past March. I have been living recently with my 91yro mother to care for her in her home in northern Pa. Needing to sell my home remotely, she went to extremes in view of covid 19 restrictions to stay in contact with me and my three children. We kept daily communication on group text messaging as needed. I received numerous pictures on site of home as various improvements and few construction issues were done. Taking her advise to make it look good and stand out on the market, in three days with multiple viewings, we sold above asking price August 25th!!! She did a superior job for getting things done and I am so grateful for her support throughout shutdowns, restrictions, and frustrations.
