I cannot recommend Donnamarie Needle highly enough. As my realtor through the sale of my home, she demonstrated a level of dedication, professionalism, and personal care that exceeded every expectation I had. Before I even hired her, she offered a wealth of resources to help make my home-selling experience as smooth as possible aEUR" and that generosity of spirit never stopped. She showed up consistently, communicated honestly, and went above and beyond at every single turn. Donnamarie was proactive at every stage of the process aEUR" from pricing strategy and staging guidance to negotiating offers and navigating the final stretch of closing. There was never a moment where I felt uninformed or unsupported. She handled every complication with grace and kept me grounded when the process felt overwhelming. What truly distinguishes Donnamarie is the kind of person she is beyond the transaction. She leads with kindness, listens deeply, and is genuinely invested in her clients' success. You feel it from day one, and it never lets up. If you want a realtor who brings both exceptional expertise and an exceptionally big heart to the table, Donnamarie Needle is your person. I am deeply grateful for everything she did aEUR" and for how she made me feel every step of the way.

We happened to meet Donnamarie by chance at an open house when looking for a property for my parents. She was very knowledgeable and certified in finding housing for seniors. Throughout the process she was patient and professional. She showed us potential properties and allowed us the time to explore potential living situations for them. In the end, she helped us find the best fit for them. Even through a bizarre home inspection situation and preparation of licensing agreements she kept the process moving forward efficiently protecting our rights. We will certainly use her again for future real estate transactions. Definitely a 5 star worthy realtor!!!!

Megan did an outstanding job advising us on our Eldersburg, MD home sale. Her team did a great job with staging and taking professional pictures and video to optimally market our home in a competitive market. Results speak for themselvesaEUR"our house sold in 24 hours with multiple offers and substantially over our asking price. Megan knows the market and gave the right advice to strategically price our house. Closing was a breeze and overall process organized and smooth. I would highly recommend Megan for your home buying or selling needs

It was sincere pleasure working with Megan throughout my home selling process! Megan took time to meet with me on multiple occasions to discuss the home selling process, and understand what I was looking for as the seller. Megan was very professional, knowledgeable about the market, responsive to my numerous questions and calls, and always very cordial. I certainly give Megan the highest recommendation and encourage prospective home sellers and buyers to reach out to Megan without hesitation!

Working with Donnamarie was very easy because of her knowledge of the market and the process. She and her photographer came in and made some suggestions. They staged the condo and made it look and feel like sometihing out of a magazine. The staging utilized all the open concept the place had to offer. All the prospective buyers that came through said that it showed well. Donnamarie worked very hard to sell our condo. We feel that she went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. There were a few hurdles along the way. But through her dedication and determination we made it to the finish line! We are glad we chose donnamarie and Northrop Realty to represent us. So much that we are now having her represent us in the buying process for our new home.
