Northrop Realty, A Long & Foster Co.

Eric was great to work with. He knew just what we needed to do to sell our aunts home. He recommended a painter and cleaner which we used. I would highly recommend him.

Eric did a fantastic job working with my family and dealing with an unusual situation. My aunt passed away leaving the home deeded to 8 family members, one deceased. Eric was fantastic figuring everything out with so many people involved. He was very professional, responsive and great to work with. The house sold in 4 days! I would use Eric for any real estate needs in the future and he is highly recommended!

Eric is THE BEST. We worked with him for several years leading up to the purchase of our new home (and sale of our prior home). He is patient, kind, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He knows prioritized what mattered most to us, communicated regularly and was always available to answer questions. We could not have been happier and appreciate the time, expertise and skill he shared.

Eric was excellent to work with. He was helpful and responsive and sold our home in 18 days at a price higher that we were asking. He was always available and respectful. We highly recommend Eric to sell your home.

Eric got our home sold in a very tough housing market, made it look easy when other realtors failed. Received multiple offers and a great price.Overall very easy and pleasant experience
