I have been a home buyer, seller, renter, owner and landlord; my occupations include mortgage lender and construction inspector - never have I worked with a more dedicated realtor than Ryan Deskin. Our empty house needed to sell but had serious issues - it needed work, was in a remote area of Lewis County and the market was soft. After finding a buyer the conditions totaled two pages of conditions. Through the entire process Ryan NEVER shied away from a difficult situation. He met the city of Chehalis, inspectors, purchase realtor and buyer head on.
