Mrs. Reni Holloway is an amazing asset to your team. I was in a true predicament for a few months with nowhere to live dealing with a very tough housing market. After weeks of viewings, application denials, and searching Mrs. Holloway never gave up on my situation and I'm happy to say that I love my new apartment! She is extremely kind, reliable, responsive, understandable (I was late/missed a couple of our viewings) and just downright awesome. I recommend her services to everybody I meet looking for a home in the Raleigh-Cary area. I truly cannot say enough about her. She never gave up on my difficult situation and worked with me diligently when trying to contact agents for showings. My credit wasn't the best but she helped me get past that limitation to find a great new home for me and my roommates! Love her! 5 stars!

Steven Norris was so easy to work with. His sense of humor mixed with his extensive knowledge lead us to find our perfect first home. Our experience was probably a little different from most. We had a very small time line to actually find a house to loved and close on it. Steven understood the urgency and acted as such. Within a few days Steven helped us generate a beautiful list of potential new homes, even throwing in some surprise ones along the way. (It was actually one of his surprise homes we didn't have on our list that we ended up moving into!) Took a few days to personally show all the properties to us and in the car ride around we did pros and cons on those homes. He gave his honest opinion the entire time, I felt as if he truly cared about us being happy no matter what. He never once suggested a home out of our price range at all. He gave much appreciated referrals through the process for closing attorneys, mortage loans, home inspectors, and even a sanitation company to hire when we moved in. He was and STILL is easy to reach via email or phone. My opinion of Steven Norris and his entire team is of the utmost highest. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone in the market.

When starting our home search process, we needed somebody who we could trust(we were new to the area). We happend to receive numerous phone calls from relators and nobody stood up to excitement and love of helping us find our Home! He explained the process of us getting approved for a loan and recommended somebody to us(later that day I received a call from said person) they worked fast! I fell in love with out house the instant I walked in! (Did I mention it was the 4th house we saw!!! We put in an offer that night and revived a response with a day WE GOT IT! with Steven's great nagotiating skills he kept it well within our price rand and a significant amount below the asking price! The process after that seemed to go off without a hitch, Steven recommended all the inspector, told us what will happen step by step, was always an email or phone call away(which he always answer within min), even when problems arrived from inspections (which was a couple)he negotiated amazing deals with the sellers to get us what we needed! We absolutely loved working with him and his great team of people he referred us to! I got one of my Girls from work to talk to him(she now is on her way to closing) she can't thank me enough for referring him to her!! He is an amazing relator and person and we were so blessed to receive a phone call from him that night...thank you so much Steven!
