Ms. Johnson was very knowledgeable. She provided information on comparable homes to enable us to make a decision on the fair market value. She was very responsive. She contacted us whenever she or the buyers agent had a question. We spoke constantly until the sale was finalized. She encouraged us to make decisions whenever the sellers had a request. We offered a house for sale, and were able to sell some adjacent lots per the buyers request. Tanya allowed us to decide if we wanted to sell. She reminded us that everything was our decision to make. Our buyers requested consideration on an occupancy agreement prior to purchase. Tanya allowed us to decide even when we asked her opinion.
