Nick Sadek Sotheby's International Realty

As everyone knows buying or selling your home can be very stressful. She was fantastic and sold my home two days after placing it on the market. She is very honest, a hard worker and willing to work with you for your particular needs , and is especially accommodating your such situations as work from home and pets needs. She will tell her like it is if you ask and is very professional . I would I highly recommend her . I am very impressed. She has changed my mind about the real estate industry. She never asked me to fix or change things that were unreasonable also. She is super supportive of your goals as well. Thank you Shelly for putting up with my stressful life and busy schedule.

Shelly was the best. She is no nonsense. My house was decluttered and clean for pictures before it went for sale. Sold the first weekend. Everything was smooth with Shelly's expertise. Would highly recommend

If youre looking for a spot on real estate agent, Shelly is your girl. She has a thorough understanding of real estate that comes from decades of experience. She is incredibly responsive and ready to go above and beyond for the sake of her clients. Because of her, we had a full price offer on our house the day it was listed, and we beat out multiple offers on the house we bought. Shelly made the buying/selling process seamless, smooth, and stress free. She has become like family to us and we highly recommend her to anyone who is either buying or selling a home.

I had a wonderful experience with Shelly. She managed to sell my house within one month and her performance exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Shelly to anyone in need of an exceptional realtor.

The best realtor I have ever worked with! I live out of town, had to manage a death, move a relative out and prepare a house for sale during a COVID pandemic. Once my relative found housing... 3 days later the house was cleared, a week later painted, pest inspection, new roof in 2 weeks, new light fixtures and cleared pest inspection in a month. The 60 year old house was beautiful. We are talking lightening speed! A successful offer in 3 hours. Shelly Long-Welborn shepherded everything. All her contacts and vendors are fantastic people. Before the closing, Shelly Long-Welborn picked a closing date, who does that? She met it! I have sold 5 homes and nothing compares to the work and investment of time Shelly Long-Welborn has put into this sale. You would be crazy to hire anyone else. Shelly Long -Welborn and her team are the best in the industry.
