Nicholas Real Estate

I have dealt with Nick for the past 4+ years. He's attentive, thorough, honest and most of all he listens to you and your needs. I highly recommend Nick for your purchase/sale. If you are looking for someone to tell you how it is he's the man. Nick is not in it for the benefit of his pocket he truly cares, choose Nicholas Realty.

We listed our home forsale with Nicholas Realestate. He gave us his honest assessment as to the value of the home and we developed a plan to sell the home at the highest possible sale price. We were in a bind becuase we were selling the home at a loss from the purchase price. Nick was able to leverage the sale in order get us the best selling price and minimize our losses. I highly recommend Nicholas Realestate and Nick. If we know anyone buying or selling in the area, he is our first agent that we recommend.

Anyone who has ever bought or sold a house knows how stressful the process can be! I did both simultaneously and selling my house went very smoothly however buying a new home was not as seamless. If it were not for Alexa I would have walked away from the deal several times in the process. She was the only beacon of light during this time. Needless to say I am now settled in my beautiful new home and loving it...an exceptional realtor!

Nicholas was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and always available. The sale went smoothly to my utmost satisfaction. I am contemplating the sale of another multi family home and I will surely have Nicholas as my agent.
