Nhimble Homes GA

Matt is a skilled pro. He showed his expertise during some challenging negotiations during the final hours of the due diligence period. We are totally happy with the outcome as a result of his professionalism, and willingness to do the 11th hour work!

My experience with Matt Holley was amazing ! I definitely recommend hiring him as a realtor he is FAST, FLEXIBLE, HONEST & a very hard worker. I love the fact that I told him what I was looking for & he jumped on it immediately & never stopped looking until we found THE ONE ?? Thank you ??

I highly recommend Matt. He was very knowledgeable and was there for me through every step of the home buying process. I am a first time homebuyer so I had many questions. I appreciated his responsiveness and his patience.

From start to finish, Matt has been amazing to work with. His energy, honesty, determination, and responsiveness helped our home search be a positive experience. His negotiation skills are a big plus too! We highly recommend him.

Matt was amazing! He was extremely responsive even when I would ping him late at night with houses to look at and he was great at keeping us updated on the offers we put in and getting feedback from sellers. He walked us through the whole process as first time buyers and was great at explaining anything we had questions or concerns on. He really went the extra mile to get everything done on time and set us up with everything we needed both before and after closing. Highly recommend him!
