Sarah Watson went far above and far beyond what was required. We didnt even get the deal we wanted to go through but her hustle, her options, her availability, her kindness and empathy spoke VOLUMES. Undeniable friendly service . When I first arrived in Wichita Falls, I was linked up with Sarah to be my real estate agent. I am on active duty, so I bought my house sight unseen. In each showing, she walked through the house and truly gave me a description of the layout and the smell. How big things were. She was super helpful and gave all these small descriptions. All these small descriptions. Even though she was my buying agent, she became a true asset because she knew the local area and available resources. When selling my house, it was a no-brainer to contact Sarah to be my seller's agent. During my stay at home, she constantly checked in and sent postcards and other stuff. Letting me know that she was always available. She knew all the questions I had and how to find them. She is not only a real estate agent, she is a hero without a cape. If you get her as an agent, you get somebody who is responsive and will work hard for you. I think a real estate agent would be challenging just because you never get any time off. She provided quick responses to anything I needed.
