I had a pleasure working with Paola Alarcon Rubio when I was looking for my new house in Ocala area. She is extremely knowledgeable and also friendly. I met her both in person and online. Don't look for anyone else - She is your Realtor . Paola absolutely crushed it with our investment property sale in Dunnellon, Ocala. I'm based in Tampa, so this was a long-distance deal, and honestly, I didnt want any stress. From the first call, I knew she was solid. The property wasnt the easiest either aEUR" its on a sandy, unpaved road with tough access, so I had some concerns. But she went out there herself, checked everything, took professional photos, videos, even drone shots, and made it look incredible. She was on point with communication, answered every question clearly, and made the contract process simple. Two days after listing aEUR" boom aEUR" buyer secured. Everything moved fast and smooth, and we closed in about a month. She handled everything aEUR" negotiations, title company, all the details. I literally didnt have to worry about anything. Completely tension-free. Thank you Paola. We truly appreciate you.
