NextHome Turn Key Realty

Danielle is a top-notch agent. I discovered her quite by accident, but she proved to be one of the best real estate agent I have every used. Having a slight disadvantage of selling my home without physically being there (I am in a different state) proved to be of no consequence with Danielle at the wheel. She handled everything totally by phone, text and email. When it came to needing assistance with other things such as recommendations for repairs, movers and cleaning, she was quickly able to provide assistance with those also. She made the initial contact and all I had to do was finalize the arrangements. Highly recommend Danielle and would definitely call on her again for real estate needs.

Danielle is a very professional, highly competent realtor. Her experience helped me properly price my house for sale. After the sale, she easily handled the issues that arose and kept me informed of the progress along the way. Always available to answer questions and gave me multiple options on how to proceed. Highly recommended.

Danielle and her team have been a huge help to us during this whole process. We had a previous realtor who was horrible and dropped us. As soon as she took over, she went to work. That same day she had us set up for 3 showings. It doesn't matter if it is a $50,000 house or a $500,000 house, she works hard for her clients. She is in constant communication and gets information for you fast. She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and professional. If we ever find ourselves looking for another home, we will definitely be reaching out to her again.

Danielle was amazing to work with on selling our house. She helped us find a vendor to take care of some issues that we knew about prior to listing, but also helped us to find a vendor to take care of issues that the buyers inspection found in a very timely manner. She kept us informed thru the entire of process from pre-listing, listing, prospective buyers feedback, bids, closing, and after close to verify we got the correct amount of funds. My wife and I would highly recommend her.

Danielle was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate through our first home purchase in Raleigh, NC and helped us from the beginning until settlement and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend Danielle and her team.
