NextHome Town & Country

We met Jennifer a few years ago through a referral from a H.S. friend. We live in Chicago and were looking for homes in California. We are originally from there. Jen worked with us for 2 years to find the right home. Always there to check in and coordinate visits when we were in town. When we finally found a home, she went above and beyond to make sure all inspections were completed when we could not be there. Giving Jen 5 stars!

Moving from another state and buying a house can be nerve-wracking. Jen managed every detail seamlessly- coordinated all Inspections, keeping us informed every step of the way. Even with the distance and time difference, she was consistently responsive. When it came time for closing Jen handled everything with professionalism and clear communication. Jen is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to her clients.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jenifer Wasso. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to making the entire real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Jenifer took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and always had my best interests in mind. Her attention to detail, communication, and commitment to her clients really stood out. I would highly recommend Jenifer Wasso to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking real estate professional. She made the experience a great one, and I'm very grateful for all of her help!

Jen is amazing at what she does. She is intuitive, patient and diligent. Every home sale and purchase has been so smooth- and now my daughter just bought her first home. We know we are in the best hands with Jen and she treats these life-changing decisions with care as though theyre her own. I cannot recommend Jen enough!!!

Jenifer did an outstanding job guiding me thru the process of selling and buying both my homes. She is very knowledgeable in so many facets of selling and buying homes. I felt so secure as we walked thru the process of first selling my home and the advice and the guidance she provided in getting me ready to sell was truly outstanding. She kept me grounded within my price range and provided expertise in the possibilities of upgrading if it deemed necessary. She is very responsive and I felt she truly cared about every detail of selling and buying my homes.
