Shelly was great! Everything was fast and smooth, she made it easy. At closing she gave me this great drawing from her daughter of the property that I bought. I will definitely go with her again if i needed anything.

She has the tools to suggest means to my goals: i.e. multiple bids, escalating bids to win the bid within my means. She arrives early at the site, waits if I am tardy. Her cheer and encouragement alleviate indecision and stress. Shelly is a people person who cares about the buyer and seller. She successfully negotiates a deal satisfying buyer and seller. I will employ Shelly in the future for real estate sales.

Shelley was very nice and accommodating! We were not from the area but when we found something she was very accommodating in terms of meeting us or doing video conference calls!

As my husband and I have been getting all moved in to not only our new home this weekend but our very first home we couldn't be more blessed to finally have the home we always wanted and more thanks to Mrs Shelley she never gave up after several properties were not the ones she kept pushing through and we finally found the one she's great and always a call or text away very accommodating to our needs and questions if your looking to buy your first home or even your third Mrs Shelley is amazing and I promise she won't let you down!??????
