Katie is the one! If you want to actually enjoy the home buying/selling process, call her! I requested information through Zillow about a listing and it randomly sent her to me. Instant contact. Continuous aEURoeI got youaEUR? attitude. Katie is the epitome of getting things done and finding joy in the moment. We found our new home with her in a new town, a new state, and helped make us feel assured during such a major event in our lives. Katie McDonald was absolutely wonderful to work with! She really listened to what I was looking for and consistently showed me homes that matched my wants and needs. Whenever I had a question or needed something, she responded incredibly quickly and always helped me find the answers I needed. She is friendly, sweet, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She also did a great job negotiating on my behalf and helped me get a better deal on my home. I would absolutely recommend Katie to anyone looking to buy a home. She made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable!

Katie was amazing to work with and genuinely cared about finding us a house that met all of our criteria. It felt like she genuinely cared about finding us a home that we loved as opposed to a house just to get another sale. I would highly recommend anyone to work with her
