Andy is by far one of the best realtors in Colorado! He is always attentive, responsive and honest. Greatly appreciate the honesty. Never pressured us in any direction, just informed us and leant his knowledge. He helped us to sell our current home and simultaneously buy our dream house. Cannot recommend Andy enough

Andy Sanburg is the real deal. Our family truly cannot recommend him enough. From the moment we decided to sell our first home to the day we stepped into our forever home, Andy was more than just a realtor. He was our North Star, guiding us with patience, knowledge, and steadfast confidence every step of the way. Selling a home while buying another can feel overwhelming, but Andy made the entire process feel manageable and even exciting. He brought a calming presence, helped us navigate tough decisions, answered every question (big or small) with clarity and care, and never once rushed us. His insights were invaluable, whether it was pricing strategy, negotiating, or simply helping us envision the potential in a new space. What stood out most is that Andy genuinely cared. He didn't just want to close a deal; he wanted us to feel happy, confident, and informed. He knew when to encourage us to pause and reflect, and when to celebrate big moments, like finding THE house or receiving two full offers on our first day live. We learned so much from working with him, and we would work with him again in a heartbeat. He is not just a great realtor, he is a resource, an advocate, and someone we will continue to refer to anyone looking to buy or sell. Andy, thank you for helping us find our dream home. We couldn't have done it without you. PS - we installed a bat house!"
