Valentina was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. She helped me buy a house on a contingency basis while my house was being sold. I had issues with the sale of my house and Valentina stuck by me to insure that the seller of my new home would not back out due to the closure taking so long. She was there for me every step of the way keeping in constant touch with me, giving me advice and answering any and all questions. I would definitely recommend Valentina to anyone that needs a realtor!

Val had a clear view of the current market values. She honestly presented her opinion of market conditions and didn't try over-inflate her estimate of the property value just to get a listing. She was willing to discuss listing/pricing strategies, so we were able to have a clear plan moving forward depending on what offers we received. She was honest, specific and reasonable in advising what we needed to do to get the home ready to sell. She is an excellent communicator and very responsive. We were selling our home while traveling, so she made the process easy even from hundreds of miles away. We would definitely use her again!

We had a pleasant informative meeting with Valentina. She outlined her strategies for selling the house. We agreed on a fair price . She took full control of access to the house for inspections since we lived out of the area.
