She was very thorough, she was flexible with our schedules, very detail oriented and did her research. We were buying a house and we lived in NJ do it wasn?t easy, but Cate gave us virtual tours and when we came down she gave us 110!

Beth helped me acquire my old house 12 years ago and my new house just few days ago. She made buying the homes easy by guiding me through the process and finding important information that I didn't think about. The information she provided helped me make better decisions about my offer to the sellers.

She was very thorough in finding the right home for our family. She helped us along every step of the way. She answered any questions we had and even offered to buy us some starter groceries when we first moved in. She went above and beyond any expectations we had.

Quite simply, Cate was amazing! We lived in Texas...Cate went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. We did a tour using Facetime and made an offer while still in Texas. Cate jumped into action and immediately ordered the home inspection so it would be ready when we arrived to look at the house in person. Every time we asked a question, she had the answer or got it for us quickly. She offered great and spot-on advice , was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and made the entire process fun and easy. Once we closed on the house, we had to go back to Texas for 6 weeks. During that time, she checked on our house, grabbed the mail for us and checked the water spigots when the cold snap hit the Conway area. We are so appreciative of everything Cate did for us. If youre looking to buy or sell, contact Cate. Shell take care of you.

Cate was excellent to work with! From the beginning of the process to the big day she was knowledgeable and patient in finding that perfect home for us! We couldnt ask for a better realtor agent than Cate! Would absolutely do it again with Cate!!! Were so happy with our home! Bennie & Lisa Blackwell
